Cosmetic Industry has been facing the dramatic changes since the year of 2021. The updated Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulations has been implemented on Jan1st, which has added the new legal systems: system of Registrants and systems of Record People. Meanwhile, the present system of Domestic Responsible Agent still worked for imported cosmetics, but the system require the domestic responsible agent to setup product quality management system and adverse reaction detection system, which brought more difficulties for cosmetic registration.
